Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website raybarlimited.site and any engagement with Raybar Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Raybar Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at Haselmere Cottage, Lilbourne Road, Clifton on Dunsmore, Rugby, England, CV23 0BB, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 958 937.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. The food shop
Food is sold subject to availability. Allergen information covering the 14 allergens regulated under assimilated Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is available for everything we sell and will be given before you order; please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before buying. Where food is prepared or weighed out in the same premises, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination, and we will say so rather than imply otherwise. Descriptions, weights and prices are those given at the time of purchase. Nothing we say about food is nutritional, dietary or medical advice.
3b. Property management
We act for property owners on a fee or contract basis under a written management agreement, which sets out the scope of the instruction, what is excluded and the fee. We act as the owner’s agent within that scope only; we do not buy or sell property on our own account, we are not acting as an estate agent, and nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation or an inducement to acquire, dispose of or invest in property or in any investment. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not give investment, tax, legal or mortgage advice. Instructing contractors, approving expenditure and setting rents are matters for the owner except where the management agreement expressly says otherwise, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of a contractor the owner instructs directly. Where an instruction involves holding money belonging to a client, that is done only on the terms of the written agreement and in accordance with the law and any client money protection requirements applicable to it. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
