Who we are
Two registered activities, run to their own rules
Raybar Limited is registered for two activities — other retail sale of food in specialised stores (SIC 47290) and management of real estate on a fee or contract basis (SIC 68320) — and is registered at Clifton on Dunsmore, near Rugby.
On the food side, what matters most is that people know what they are buying. Allergen information for the 14 regulated allergens is given before you order, not after, and we will say plainly if we cannot be certain about something rather than guess.
On the property side, we act for owners on a written fee or contract basis. We manage; we do not buy or sell property on our own account, and nothing here is an offer, an inducement or advice to invest. A management agreement is signed before we hold anything or act on anything, and the scope and the fee are in it.
The two sides are kept apart in practice as well as on paper. If you contact us about one, that is what you will be answered about.
